Moonlight Poem

Moonlight+Poem

Moonlight
By: Roselind Dominguez

As I wander beneath the illuminating light,
Praising over the hopes towards breaking,
Drowning into a pond of sorrows
As if the stars turned into shadows,
The breeze creeping through my fingertips,
Creating numbness,
Revealing the amounts of weight building up,
Exhaling the frosty puffs,
Releasing the light of the weights,
A reminder that darkness holds light,
The radiant moonlight guided a bright path
