Our Germantown campus is growing! In order to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Montgomery College, the institution has held a Community Day that is planned to take place on March 30th. Community Day is meant to thank all of the campus supporters who have been with the campus from the beginning until now. 40 years of support is something to pay tribute for.
Community Day is not an ordinary day, but instead it will be a fun day where everybody is invited. Some activities planned for the day are: sporting events, theatre acts, photo booths, body painting, and activities for all ages! Moreover, all these activities are free and open to the public. The college also has planned prizes for the winners of certain games. These prizes consist of pens, umbrellas, t-shirts, a notebook computer, and a $500 Montgomery College scholarship.
In addition to the festivities, there will be food from vendors such as Chick-Fil-A and Firehouse Subs. Additionally, for those who are planning to join Montgomery College and are looking for Financial Aid information, there will be a special booth present. Alongside that, those who are planning to transfer can attend special information sessions.
This is going to be a good day where everybody can have fun. Bring your family, friends, or even co-workers so that all can enjoy this wonderful day the campus has planned.
