There’s a beauty to drawings and paintings, when it comes to permanent art tattoos are all the rage with various styles, forms, colors and genres that they fall into. As a new generation comes and goes, the rise of permanent art on the skin rises ten fold.
As this generation of young people come into the bloom of adulthood, there is a growing number of interest within the beauty of tattoo’s various forms and styles however Montgomery College students are no exception to that love for permanent art. The art of tattoo’s is a mixture of drawing ink designs on the human body and a balance of the medical word. In other words, tattoos are a form of therapeutic art that encompass all unique and honest way of expression that is singular to the person who chooses their own design and meaning.
From the person getting the tattoo to the person who generates a concept, a design, a artistic form and applies the stencil, both parties come together to express themselves outside the standard norm.
Along various lines, tattoos have become a staple in the modern day society with an average of three out of ten Americans having at least one tattoo on a the body. As tattoos become more and more popular, the tattoo industry and business is thriving more than ever before with 33,480 tattoo shops plus a 7.8% growth in tattoo artistry business between 2018 to 2023 alone in the U.S.
Not only are tattoo’s a great form of personal expression and the freeness to demonstrate creative aspects it is also a tremendous way to make a like for oneself.
